Marketing Campaign and Promotion Specialist - Jakarta and Yogyakarta Office

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaign strategy (Discounts or Voucher)

  • Working together with the marketing team to create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

  • Assist in implementation of marketing initiatives such as various marketing email / digital campaigns including writing, proofreading and editing creative and technical content such as blog (Content writer and copywriter)

  • Conduct regular market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands

  • Assist members of our sales team with appropriate product and package

  • Assist in creating and scheduling various newsletter and/or personalized communications to clients and prospects ensuring the company guidelines are met.

Requirements :

  • Male / Female, age between 24-35 years old

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing / communication

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing

  • Energetic, passionate individual with excellent communication

  • The ability to operate with and without deadlines

  • Fun and flexible character are recommended

  • Highly organise with extreme attention to detail

  • Proficient user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and social media management

  • Preferably has experience in tourism / F&B / hospitality

  • Can work in team or individual, multitasking, ability to work long hours and in weekend

Digital Marketing Officer - Jakarta and Yogyakarta Office

Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

  • Plan and run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success

  • Managing website and updating blog

  • Work alongside other marketers and graphic designer to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals

  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence

  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers

  • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently with excellence, on time and within budget
