Merapi Park The World Landmarks is a large park with many replicas of world landmarks. Each replica is surrounded by a flower garden which is perfect for sightseeing or taking photos. Merapi Park is located at Jalan Kaliurang Km 25, not far Mount Merapi's foot. The location provides a refreshing atmosphere even though it is visited during the day.
The route is not difficult to find; just follow Jalan Kaliurang from the city area, and you will see the Merapi Museum and Merapi Park The World Landmarks from the road. The entrance ticket to this place is only around Rp. 20,000 (not including parking). You can explore the entire park at that price. However, you will have to buy another ticket to ride horses, archery, or enter the Kid's Waterpark.
